Georgios Lafazanis Winery is today a fully equipped technologically winery. Beginning from early 50s from the traditional treadle today hosts all the state of the art technology to produce quality wines.
The facilities and the state of the art bottling system in the winery follows all standards of health and safety as outlined in the Food Safety Management standards which are certified in ISO 22000:2005.
Our ageing and preservation facilities consist of French oak barrels with 300lt capacity and it is always on consistent levels of humidity and temperature.
